Our Printing Policies

All items have a very specific detail. All items are shipped with appropriate packing material. We do not accept returns based on lack of understanding of the decorating process. We do not accept returns on any products that have been used. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages incurred by the carrier. These claims must be submitted by the customer to the carrier to be rectified.

 DTF Transfers: We have a no refund policy for transfers. Orders many not be modified nor cancelled once they are placed. If there is a flaw in the print of any transfers, please email us at orders@designlounge.org with the concern and pictorial proof. We will respond within 48 hours to discuss next steps of a replacement.

Artwork: Custom DTF transfers upload should be print ready.  Uploads are printed AS IS. We are not responsible for non-print ready uploads. We do not make artwork modifications without an artwork fee. When an artwork fee is paid, we modify the design, provide a proof for approval and then produce.
